The Colm Ciara was built in 2007 by Procharter in Cornwall for Achill Island based David Campbell.

Procharter are known throughout the world for innovative design and build methods for charter boats. They are as strong or stronger, but a fraction of the weight of a traditional workboat, which means my P3 10.5M has a top speed of 28 knots from just 285HP. Sealine 285 Ambassador

Fitted with twin AQ151 Volvo engines, only 270 hrs. The boat is in very good condition all round. Everything works. The forward cabin has a 6ft x 7ft double berth. The separate aft cabin can either be a double or two singles. Two more berths are available in the cockpit. The Galley has a refrigerator, a 2-burner hob, grill and oven.

The Glass Bottom Boat

A unique business opportunity. With over 64sq ft of viewing glass in the hull you see everything the ocean has to offer. Due to the thickness of the glass and the natural magnification that water creates, everything looks much bigger. The sea bed may be 15ft down but it looks as though it is just under the glass. There is a public address system for your personal commentary of the aquatic world. Roll up the sides of the canopy and include in your commentary, local history, geological formations and of course, those fishy tales. The canopy is necessary to stop the reflections on the glass and so enhance the viewing. But, the greatest part of having the canopy is the all year operation, and when it's raining the Glass Bottom Boat really comes into it's own and surely must be the best boat trip around. 4 high power under water lights attract the fish on the night time cruises. 30 passengers a trip, you do the sums. Mechanical Systems:

Mercruiser 4.2L turbo diesel 220HP with Bravo 2 leg and stainless steel propeller. This engine has been fully maintained and serviced by mercruiser agents. The taskforce 8.1m (26ft 6") 9ft beam trihedral hull making a very stable work platform. She has a small, de-mountable hydraulic pot hauler and davit arm. There is an open wheelhouse with no seating and storage under the foredeck with a drop down canvas rear bulkhead.

The First ProCharter 40ft Jet Drive

Procharter P4. 12.2m (40ft) 3.97 (13ft) beam. COP 60 miles license for 12 + 2 crew. In the centre of the dashoard is the door to the front cabin which has a large V berth with storage. To the right (starboard) of this door is the helm position with a full display of gauges with alarm lights/buzzers. There is a full smartcraft engine management display unit. A full electronics package with 12" display and full height captains door to the fore and aft deck. ProCharter 50/70 Ferry

Based on the succesful ProCharter 40 range, the ProCharter 50/70 ferry is available for spring delivery. It can be licensed for 50-70 passengers in the UK and more overseas. Layout is flexible whether you want an open, partially covered, or closed design. We currently have a part-built red 40 ft Ferry hull in our yard, the wheelhouse is as yet unfinished and so the ferry can be finished to your specification.

Currently in production at our yard is this 50/70 passenger ProCharter Ferry. Based on the succesful ProCharter 40 range. Careful consultation with the MCA has been undertaken to enure all necessary regulations are met to allow this boat to be licensed for up to 50/70 passengers in the UK and more overseas.

The ferry has an extremeley close 'lattice' layout of ribs to provide extra strength and rigidity for carrying in excess of 50 passengers.

Brand New Procharter P4 38ft

Americana

Designed to match a catamaran for deck space with monohull build cost. New design passes the bow wave under the boat for a smooth quiet ride. Low 250HP needed for 17kts cruising

Initially the Americana will have a maximum length of 50 feet (15.25m) and a beam of 16ft (4.9m). After the first boat has been built we will be offering the Americana at up to 55 feet (16.8m). As with most of the Procharter range the Americana is available at the length of your choice, starting even as low as 32 feet for the under 10m work boat licence. For 35 feet and below the Americana will have a different hull form. Imagine the stability of a 10m boat with a 4.9m beam.

The Americana is available with an Island wheelhouse, the conventional sports wheelhouse with five Windows to the front, the sport wheelhouse with a walkway along each side of the wheelhouse at deck level for side entry doors and a half wheelhouse with no fore deck for crabbing. The internal layout of all the wheelhouses will be entirely to the skipper's choice.
